Job Description
My Client is a leading international food company. They are looking for a Senior E-commerce Operations Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Handles e-shop daily operations, work closely with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure all online orders and customer requests are processed timely and in standard
- Prepare reports and analysis for e-shop operations
- Responsible for content managment and web VM (communications banner) on both .com and app
- Work closely with webmaster and performance marketing
- Provide exellent user journey for all potential and existing customers
- Work on projects with Headquarter and stakeholders
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce/Business related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in E-Commerce operation
- Experience in Content Management Services
- Good knowledge in Google Analytics
- Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Dynamic, proactive and good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
