Senior Finance Associate - Asset Management (Open to Big4 / Fund Admin)
About our Client
Our clinet is fast growing invesment and asset management platform. It has partnered with two of the world's largest real estate PE funds.
About the Role
- Assisting the asset management team with compilation and analysis for investment budgets and business plans
- Assisting the investment team with research to provide business insight and context for business recommendations
- Supporting with putting together presentations for senior management
- Preparing of bookkeeping files and bank reconciliations
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements of SPVs
- Preparing of Management Accounts and Financial Statements
- Reviewing monthly NAV calculations and portfolio analysis
- Acting as liaison support between asset management and JV partners
- Preparing monthly and quarterly update for JV partners
- Reviewing capital call and distribution calculations
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University graduated in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience from asset management firms / financial services / Big 4 accounting firms * Strong analytical skills in problem solving, able to present and make recommendations
- Strong business sense and people skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
