Senior Finance Manager
About the Company
Our client is a HK listed property developer with a strong presence in Hong Kong and China. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance department.
About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Financial Controller, you will manage a neat team. You will work at group level and be responsible for handling financial reporting and consolidation. You will involve in management reporting, conduct analysis to assess business performance and investment opportunities. You will prepare interim and annual reports and coordinate for annual audit. You will review and enhance existing financial policies and procedures as well as support process enhancement initiatives such as system enhancement. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance manager with at least 12 years of relevant work experience gained from Big 4 and HK listed property developer. Hands-on experience in handling external reporting is required. Experience in analyzing commercial and retail developments is an advantage. China exposure is a plus but not a must. Relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA and ACCA is required. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills are required. You should be confident, mature, able to deal with senior stakeholders and manage people at different levels. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
