About the Company
Our client is a HK listed property developer with rapid growth in Hong Kong and SE Asia. To respond to their upcoming project needs, they are now looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to perform controllership for their upcoming projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the project team to perform project planning and control for their upcoming projects. You will handle budgeting, identify and minimize risk and cost of the projects, perform cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis. You will also need to general financial reports and analysis to support management's decision-making.
About the Candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in Big 4 and property developers
- Figure-sensitive, detail-minded and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
