Senior FP&A Manager (China Market)
About the Client
Our client is a leading HK retail business and they are looking for a seasoned Senior FP&A Manager to keep track of the performance of their China operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a neat team. You will work closely with the General Managers in China to drive business performance. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting. You will conduct data analysis, business projection and draw insights from KPI and dashboards. You will involve in operation efficiency enhancement. You will be a business partner and leverage on business intelligence to support decision making. You will work closely with accounting/financial reporting divisions. You will participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- HKICPA/ACCA Chartered
- At least 12 years of FP&A experience from real estate/ retail/ FMCG
- Experience in stationing in China/ working with senior stakeholders in China is an advantage
- Commercial, strong at change management and multi-tasking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
