About the company
Our client is one of the leading and well-established retail banking groups in Hong Kong. Due to their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Fund Operation Manager for their Asset Operation team.
About the role
Reporting to the Session Head of Fund Operation, you will be responsible for preparing Net Asset Valuation (NAV), financial statements and performance analysis on funds. You are required to manage routine operations, including income/ expenses, cash activities and reconciliation of funds to ensure transactions are properly recorded. In addition, you have to liaise with brokers, investment team and clients to solve position breaks / discrepancies on various operation issues.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in fund administration or fund operation.
- Good analytical mind and able to work independent.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, Putonghua and English.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
