Our client is a securities firm based in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration to support with business expansion. The role would report into the Executive Director and lead a lean team, targeting candidates with 12+ years HR Generalist experience (ideally from securities firms) to join.
About The Role
Reporting into the Executive Director, you will be responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including compensation and benefits (payroll inclusive), recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, employee relations and also expatriates management. You will take care of annual budget planning, and review company's policy formulation and implementation. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment activities within the business, responsible for on-off boarding and related documents, also maintain HRIS systems to ensure regulatory standards are complied. You will also involve in annual salary surveys and benchmarking exercises for yearly salary review.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with 12+ years of all-round HR generalist experience acquired from financial services sector. You will come across hands-on and willing to work independently within a small office setting, also demonstrating strong stakeholders management skills liaising with different levels of staff. High proficiency in both English and Chinese required for this role, and a competitive package offered to attract the best.
