About The Role
Reporting to the Head of People, this role will support and craft the desired culture for the brand, develop organisational design initiatives in specific areas including building organisational capability, developing leadership and talent to ensure an inclusive and diverse organisation is in place. You will ensure adequate deployment of people and culture initiatives and tools in relation to talent, L&D and performance management.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder with a minimum of 12 years of relevant HRBP, talent management or orgnisation development experience gained from sizeable and dynamic multinational companies. Regional / China experience would be a plus, as well as experience working in very matrix organization whereby able to drive organisational change leveraging strong stakeholders management and influencing skills. In addition, you will also be someone who is highly proactive with outstanding business partnership and communications skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese essential, and willingness to travel will be required. Candidates with more experience will be considered Senior Manager.
