Our client is a leading bank in Hong Kong with an APAC reach. They are now hiring a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join as part of the HR management team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will lead a team and support the designated business unit providing a full range of strategic advisory and transactional services. You will define and deliver an effective HR people plan in line with the business growth plan and strategy, ensuring HR services are provided as appropriate and identify new opportunities where HR can add value, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR issues and best practices. You will support line management in forecasting and planning the talents requirements in line with the business strategy, including succession planning for key roles. This role will also support ad hoc HR projects as required.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines, with 20+ years of HR Business Partnering experience within banking sector. You will come with sound knowledge of local employment law and best HR practice, and demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders whilst driving an open and communicative company culture. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese required for this role.
