As part of the bank's new growth strategy, an opportunity has become available for a Senior HR Business Partner to support their treasury markets & assets management businesses. The role will be responsible for delivering both strategy and operational HR/Recruitment advice. It will broker solutions & support from the COEs and HR operational professional solutions, support & services from the shared HR professional hubs.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will oversee the treasury markets and assets management businesses and develop the business' workforce strategy and plan; diagnosing priorities and identifying and sourcing solutions and HR programs needed to build capability to provide competitive advantage; brokering solutions and services; conducting workplace investigations including conducting interviews, writing reports, providing, monitoring and implementing recommendations; facilitating key development programmes designed to build People leadership capability; assist in the implementation of key HR projects relating to Talent, Succession, Capability, Workforce Planning, Transformation, Restructures and culture/engagement; also support business leaders on implementing business and ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in HR or related discipline, with over 10+ years solid HR experience overseeing treasury markets and assets management businesses. You will be able to demonstrate strong judgement and commercial acumen, also ability to work simultaneously on multiple issues, priorities and allocate resources. You will have strong communication (both in Chinese and English) and influencing skills and come with a broad understanding of workforce practices.
