Our client is a leading commercial bank that is looking for a senior HRBP to work within their fast paced and digitally progressive retail business.
Reporting into the Head of HR, and managing a team of HRBPs, you will be responsible for helping to shape business strategy as they continue to work towards becoming a more agile, technology focused business. You will be a lead HR advisor for a number of client groups within the designated business unit; provide direct support to line managers on HR issues relating to performance management, employee relations, people development and transactional matters, and will also serve as a gatekeeper for HR products and shared services from specialist departments.
The ideal candidate will be tertiary educated with minimum 15+ years' relevant HR experience working for financial services and/or technology driven companies. You will be customer centric and highly commercial who understands the complexity working within a matrix environment, understands risk management and who can contribute in a ever changing environment. You will be a proven mid-senior HR business partner who can build strong stakeholder relationships, and will be comfortable adopting a hands-on approach as needed, as well as managing project initiatives.
