A reputable operator within the Media sector is currently undergoing transformation and is seeking for a strategic individual to join them as the Senior HR Business Partner.
About the Role
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact and advisor to senior management and department heads on HR-related issues, providing strategic guidance and solutions
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and drive organizational effectiveness
- Provide counsel on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design etc.
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic projects deemed necessary
- Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 - 15 years HR experience with solid exposure in HR advisory gained from a sizeable and complex environment
- Proven experience in providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior management and key functional leaders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
