About The Client
Our client is a sizeable retail business with headquarters in Hong Kong. As the business expands, they are currently hiring for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join as part of the dynamic team.

About The Role
Reporting into the HRBP Lead, you will:

- Be a true HR Business Partner and provide HR advisory services to the designated business unit
- Work closely with BU heads to advise on a wide range of HR matters including manpower planning, budgeting, performance management, talent management etc
- Review and revamp HR policies to ensure market competitiveness and compliance standards
- Support HR strategies to meet with business goals
- Support ad hoc projects when required, and drive HR transformation initiatives as appropriate

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:

- A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 15+ years of relevant HR Business Partner/Account Servicing experience from sizeable and fast-paced companies (ideally retail or servicing sector)
- An agile work approach alongside a track record leading various HR transformation projects within a matrix and lean organisation will help excel in this role
- Willing to be hands on and a sound solution driver as HR issues arise
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills working with senior business stakeholders influencing on business decision maker
- Proficiency in English and Chinese required
