About our Client
Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup, backed by a reputable Chinese Enterprise. They are currently seeking for a seasoned Senior HR Officer to join their team and focus on C&B and HRIS.
About the Role
- Direct report to Senior HR Manager
- Responsible for C&B operation including payroll calculation, benefits administration and renewal, taxation and MPF enrolment
- Assist in compiling HR reports for management review
- Participate in HRIS implementation project and coordinate with outside vendors
- Assist in any adhoc tasks assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum 4 years of experience in C&B, preferably in finance and banking industry
- Proactive, flexible and independent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Vlook up and Pivot table)
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
