Our client is a renowned catering group which founded in an Asian country. They have business across APAC and US. As part of business expansion and HR transformation, they are hiring an Senior HR Officer to assist all rounded HR duties and HRIS implementation.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the stakeholders to prepare and be involved in different HR projects. You are responsible for assisting the full spectrum of HR duties. You will be responsible for designing and driving overall C&B strategy and policies for the group. In addition, you are responsible for the HR system development and enhancement as well as to provide supports to other team members relating to the system issue. You will also be involved in the launch of the e-submission systems such as e-leave and e-roster. Lastly, adhoc tasks will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources and specialising in C&B/HRIS. With experience in Retail / F&B field and HRIS/ESS implementation experience will be a plus. Familiar with IPL system and understand the project lifecycles will be an advantage. You should be detailed-minded and have good time management skill. Proficiency in English and Chinese are essential for this role.
