About The Client
Our client is a well-established corporate within the Property sector. They are now inviting a seasoned HR professional to join as an HR partner to senior management, whilst provide HR Advisory for organisational revamp purposes.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead a team and assume responsibilities as below:
- Execute updated organisational strategies and policies
- Lead HR process review and streamline workflow
- Lead and educate managers and junior staff about important HR procedures and SOPs
- Train employees by establishing smart training programmes and carrying out important orientation activities
- Plans and design succession planning and performance management system
- Schedule management seminars and sessions with employees
- Help solve major employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors on employee relations issues
- Review, update employment policies and draft new guidelines as appropriate
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Prior professional HR experience within a sizeable corporation, and a proven people leader
- Experience working for property developers, property management and/or statutory bodies will be highly regarded
- Showcase strong ability to lead initiatives and take ownership of tasks
- Capable of learning and implementing established human resources policies using robust problem-solving skills
- Familiar with latest training tools and industry norms
- Strong time-management capabilities and meet deadlines dependably
- Effecitvely collaborate and multitask despite tight deadlines
- Well-versed in both written and spoken English and Chinese
