About The Client
Our client is a growing sizeable corporation. They are now hiring a Senior C&B Manager responsible for the ownership, design, expert support for the broad range of Compensation & Benefit activities and services, and will be collaborating as a thought leader to deliver and support the Total Rewards Strategy for various businesses.

About The Role
- Providing design, delivery and expertise in both compensation and benefits, as well as any corresponding compliance rquirements, systems and tools
- Developing specialised depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations

- Establish and maintain relationships with senior HR and business executives across divisions and key contacts from external companies/firms
- Provide unique expertise and thought leadership to the company on all compensation and benefits issues, to facilitate the resolution of any complex business issues around total rewards.
- Establish programs to encourage employee development and motivation, and promote knowledge sharing within the function
- Impact approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organisation and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team.

Requirements
To qualify, you will be a skilled influencer with 15+ years of solid C&B experience working within an executive HR and business leadership team. You will be technically strong with expert knowledge of C&B practices in multinational and progressive environments, brining the ability to drive the continuous improvement of process and outcomes. You will be able to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes or services, serve as a subject matter expert and counsellor to business leaders designing a vision and strategy for C&B that will drive desired individual performance, behaviors and business results. You will also possess a strong customer service orientation, have excellent leadership and influencing skills and the gravitas to quickly establish credibility with senior HR and business and leaders, and adaptable communication style and personality that can connect equally effectively with the Executive Leadership and all levels of the organisation. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese required for this role.
