About The Role
Reporting into the Organsational Development Director, you will be held responsible for managing bank-wide employee engagement plans and strategies. You will lead the team to implement employee engagement initiatives via different channels including staff activities (e.g. townhall meetings, focus group, team building exercises, long-service award etc.), internal communications (e.g. newsletter), employee recognition programmes and also employee engagement surveys. You'd be an integral part in cultivating a strong bank culture aligning with the business' core values, also working closely with external vendors to design and develop significant employee engagement survey and necessary analysis for the survey results. You will also take up a project lead role to ensure project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures for all staff activities are closely monitored, and be the go-to person for all staff engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines, with 8+ years relevant staff engagement experience from banking sector. You will demonstrate solid experience in developing staff engagement & recognition activities, and comes across as a proactive team player and an effective communicator in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). You will also be someone with a detailed-mind and strong organisation skills. Competitive package offered and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
