Our client is a growing bank within the commercial banking sector. To cope with business strategic goals, they are inviting an outgoing and proactive HR practitioner to join the team and assist with employee engagement including staff activities, internal communications, employee recognition program, employee engagement survey etc. 10+ years relevant banking experience will be required and this role pays up to HKD70k.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for managing bank-side employee engagement plans and strategies. You will lead and involve in staff activities, internal communications, employee recognition program and also employee engagement survey; also to coordinate and take lead in team building exercises, star / long service awards and initiate new ideas around staff engagement arena. You will aim to build a collaborative team with strong team spirit and ensure all activities are aligned with the bank's core values. You will also be expected to work closely with external vendors on the design and development of annual employee satisfaction surveys and review useful data for driving relevant analysis beneficial to the bank.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or related discipline, with 10+ years relevant banking experience focusing in staff engagement and recognition activities. You will be a creative and proactive problem solver, also a strong communicator and team player, and the ability to multitask despite tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese will be required for this role. This role pays up to HKD70k alongside attractive benefits.
