About The Role
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for coaching, advising and supporting managers in all areas of people management and overseeing the full HR operations life cycle. You will support with the delivery of strategic HR projects ad will also have the opportunity to lead a small team.
Responsibilities of the role include managing:
*employment relations issues such as disciplinary processes, grievances, restructures, etc.
*welcare and wellbeing processes
*delivery of key HR processes ensuring compliance and alignment with policy and overall strategic direction
*best practice delivery to manager in areas such as performance management & employee development
*data analytics & insight to the leadership team
*the recruitment process with the support from a junior HR advisor recruitment coordinator
*identifying opportunities to drive improvement and inspire excellence
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with great communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will have experience of working in an agile environment (ideally within Technology, Financial or Professional sectors) and used to finding solutions to challenging problems working with a highly educated and intelligent workforce. You will also demonstrate strong Employee Relations experience gaining from SME sized business ideally with a global footprint. Native English and Chinese required for this role, and immdiately available candidates highly regarded.
