About The Client
Our client is an industry leader within the hospitality/B2B sector. As part of business expansion, they are now hiring a seasoned and agile Senior HR Manager to join as part of the growing organisation.
About The Role
- Manage a small team of 3, held responsibile for all internal and external HR and employee-related matters
- Participate in developing organisational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contarcts
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Manage the organisation's employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology or related discipline
- 12-15+ years of HR Generalist experience ideally from B2B / Hospitality sector, experience working for startups, pre-openings with sound track record to help with rapid business expansion will be an advantage
- Deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Well-versed with HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Remarkable organisational and conflict management skills
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
