Our client is a leading bank in Hong Kong. As part of the expansion for their Global Private Banking business, they are now hiring for a true business partner with solid change management experience to join and be the go-to HR advisor for the senior management team. 15+ years of relevant HRBP experience alongside change management expertise required for this role, and proficiency in English a prerequisite.
About The Role
Reporting into the Regional Head of HR (for Private Banking), you will be part of the HR team and help with implementing people strategies in line with business objectives. This will include the facilitation of talent management, succession planning, internal mobility and also driving initiatives to support performance management, reward, talent development, resourcing, and employee engagement. This is a true HR business partnering opportunity inviting seasoned HR practitioners with change management experience and passion, from the financial services sector to join.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources, or related discipline, with 15+ years relevant work experience in sizeable financial institutions. You will demonstrate strong business acumen and a strong record of delivering results especially around change management. You will also be someone with exceptional interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to excel within a matrix structure and with high independence. Proficiency in English is a must and this role pays up to HKD85,000 per month alongside excellent fringe benefits to attract the best.
