About The Client
Our client is a well-established property developer. They are currently hiring a Senior HR Manager to join as part of the HR team.
About The Role
Reports into the Head of HR, you will lead a small team and oversee HR matters for employees within the Management Office; including recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives of the HR team and sharing employer brand strategy.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Host in-house recruitment events
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Review departmental budgets
- Organize learning and development programs
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 20+ years of HR Management experience from sizeable corporations, property-related sector an advantage
- Familiar with local employment legisltions and HR related ordinances
- Proven team management experience, and strong communications and interpersonal skills liaising with different levels of staff
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese essential
