About The Client
Our client is a well-established property developer. They are currently hiring a Senior HR Manager to join as part of the HR team.

About The Role
Reports into the Head of HR, you will lead a small team and oversee HR matters for employees within the Management Office; including recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives of the HR team and sharing employer brand strategy.

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 20+ years of HR Management experience from sizeable corporations, property-related sector an advantage
  • Familiar with local employment legisltions and HR related ordinances
  • Proven team management experience, and strong communications and interpersonal skills liaising with different levels of staff
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese essential
  • Immediate available candidates highly regarded
