About Our Client
Our client is a real estate company looking to grow and transform their Human Resources team to be more customer-centric and agile. They are now inviting a forward-thinking Senior HR Manager to join and support upcoming business growth plans and projects.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will assume the following responsibilities:

- Advise management team on employee relations and performance management
- Drive talent acquisition strategies, streamline workflow and enhance employer branding throughout the hiring process
- Improve, implement and administer HR policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors e.g. recruitment agencies to ensure the selection of the best candidates within the shortest turnaround time
- Implement programmes to improve employee experience of the organisation as a workplace
- Handle complaints and disciplinary cases as required
- Assist with salary negotiations and issues with employment laws
- Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

- Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or relevant disciplines
- 15+ years of HR generalist / account servicing experience from sizeable corporations
- Previous experience driving HR transformation (from a personnel function to business focus) will be ideal
- A dynamic, agile, forward-thinking work approach will help excel in this role
- Strong communications skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
- Immediate available or candidates with short notice highly regarded
