About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for ensuring your team is managed effectively and promote best practice amongst the business stakeholders you support in terms of recruitment and retention, performance management, talent development etc, and will be personally responsible for senior level recruitment within your designated business unit. You will support the growth of the recruitment teams and contribute to the rapport-builing with senior management team, and help transform the existing team culture and structure to a more advisory position.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources or relevant disciplines with minimum 12+ years experience focusing in recruitment and business partnering. Experience working for sizeable banks will be a definite advantage. As the senior HR advisor to business stakeholders, you will demonstrate strong communicaions and influencing skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Proficiency in both Chinese and English will be essential, and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
