About The Client
Our client is one of the leading retail and commercial banks in Hong Kong. They take pride in developing their talents, and is currently hiring a seasoned People Development Senior Manager to join as part of the agile and growing HR team.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Talent and Organisation Development, you will lead a small team and drive training and people development initiatives for the Bank:

- Formulate the talent development agenda, and enhance the learning and people development framework for talent pipeline buildup and succession planning
- Manage leadership talent management projects for leadership development and succession planning
- Analyse the bank's training needs and recommend appropriate solutions whilst liaise with external vendors as required
- Review and revamp in-house training curriculum
- Drive an agile and learning culture through innovation and technology
- Ensure existing training and development programmes are meeting regulatory requirements

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

- A degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
- 8-10+ years of experience in Learning & Development/ People Development
- Banking experience is essential for this role
- Understanding of a bank's regulatory requirements such as CG6
- Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills liaising with different levels of staff
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
