About our Client
We are representing a well-known lifestyle hospitality group who is reputable in hotel, service apartments and restaurant business in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a seasoned (Senior) HR Manager to join and lead the team.
About the Role
- Direct report to Group Head of HR and leading a team of 5
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development and staff engagement
- Take lead on manpower planning, budgeting, annual review and HR transformation project
- Maintain close relationships with internal departments and business heads to make proactive and appropriate recommendations
- Responsible for HR policy review, enhance the company HR services in order to drive employee's satisfaction
- Assist in HRIS or any related HR projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist/ HRBP experience, ideally from hotel and hospitality industry
- Solid team leading exposure
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Flexible, able to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
