About the Client
A well-established organization with a strong track record of success is currently seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior HR Manager.
About the Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their HR needs and challenges
- Partner with internal clients to assess their HR requirements, develop customized HR solutions, and deliver high-quality HR services
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee life cycle, performance management, remuneration, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices etc.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and solutions to clients
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide up-to-date guidance
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in full spectrum HR management experience with advisory capacity
- Proven experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships, providing HR consulting services, and delivering HR solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative and effective strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
