Our client is a renowned real estate developer with an extensive business operation in the HK and Greater China. To sustain the continuous development of the group, they are looking for a seasoned professional to join as the Senior HR Officer and develop Trainee Programs and major HR Projects.
About The Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible for managing different Training Programs. You will participate in the promotion of the tailor-made trainee programs and sourcing young talents by organizing career talks, job fairs and campus recruitment. You are responsible for the selection and interview of the management trainees. Besides, You will identify training needs, coach the selected talents and deliver the training programs. Moreover, you will partner with the HR in other regions and ensure the training programs runs well in the region.
The Successful Applicants:
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the training aspect. With experience in MT Recruitment and MT programs are highly preferred. You should be energetic and flexible. You should have good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.
