About the Client
A local premium Food & Beverage Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced individual to join them as a Senior HR Officer with a focus in Learning & Development
About the Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's business goals
- Design and develop effective training programs, including workshops, seminars, and online courses that address the needs of employees at all levels across various regions
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement within the organization
- Create and maintain a robust curriculum that includes leadership development, technical training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training
- Collaborate with managers and HR teams to integrate learning and development initiatives into performance management processes
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by providing career development opportunities and succession planning support
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development, along with identifying high-potential employees and provide targeted development opportunities
- Support the senior manager with the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus in Learning and Development
- Experience with managing frontline talent, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning technologies
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP system and any relevant HR function software
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Chinese
