About the Company
Our client is a market leader in the fashion retail industry. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as Senior HR Officer.
About the Role
You will directly report to the HR Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a population of 150. You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment and C&B. You will handle the full employment cycle, assist in the maintenance of the HRIS and streamline the HR workflow. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines. You need to have at least 5 years of HR generalist experience. Having worked in retail or fast moving industry would be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
