About the Client
Our client is a leading corporation in the food and beverages industry. They are looking for a passionate and professional individual to join the HR team as a Senior Human Resources Officer, focusing on the Recruitment function.
About the Role
- Responsible for the organization's recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates from various recruitment channels, interviewing and screening candidates, arranging onboarding procedures, etc.
- Manage job offers and negotiate the remuneration package with candidates
- Maintain the internal database and update staff profiles if necessary to ensure record accuracy
- Supervise various departmental projects (e.g., campus/college internship program, career fairs organized by external partners) to maximize efforts in candidate outreach and efforts
- Handle other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines
- Prior experience in the talent acquisition/recruitment role in any sizable organization
- Rich industry knowledge in the food and beverage sector will be an advantage
- Well-versed in Labor Ordinance and other HR-related ordinances
- A great individual and group player who can handle multiple projects/tasks at the same time
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work with Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
