About the Client

Our client is a leading corporation in the food and beverages industry. They are looking for a passionate and professional individual to join the HR team as a Senior Human Resources Officer, focusing on the Recruitment function.

About the Role

  • Responsible for the organization's recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates from various recruitment channels, interviewing and screening candidates, arranging onboarding procedures, etc.
  • Manage job offers and negotiate the remuneration package with candidates
  • Maintain the internal database and update staff profiles if necessary to ensure record accuracy
  • Supervise various departmental projects (e.g., campus/college internship program, career fairs organized by external partners) to maximize efforts in candidate outreach and efforts
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines
  • Prior experience in the talent acquisition/recruitment role in any sizable organization
  • Rich industry knowledge in the food and beverage sector will be an advantage
  • Well-versed in Labor Ordinance and other HR-related ordinances
  • A great individual and group player who can handle multiple projects/tasks at the same time
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
