Our client is a multi-national apparel company with business across the globe. To cope with the recent business development, they are now looking for an energetic HR professional who seek for challenges to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Head, you are responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions. You will lead a small team and perform end to end Recruitment operations. In addition, you will act as a strategic business partner and lead various HR projects including but not limited to manpower planning, reward scheme review, employee relation as well as HR policy and procedure development. Last but not least, you will work closely with the regional HR and headquarter to provide assist to the local HR operations and implement regional projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 years experience in the HR field. Preferably from retail or fashion industries. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in Cantonese and native English is a must. Immediately availability will definitely be an advantage.
