About the Client
Our client is a leading transport and logistics operator headquartered in Hong Kong with global presence. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as Senior HR Officer - Total Rewards
About the Role
- Participate in overseas BU HR team to ensure accurate submission of data, including but not limited to headcount and remuneration data/structure, to head office.
- Develop and maintain custodians on total rewards programs of overseas BU
- Maintain up to date market trend and instil best HR market practice while compare external competitiveness related to rewards
- Prepare annual projects, including LTIP calculation and Total compensation Review cycle
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands on experience in the area of C&B gained from a sizeable organization with regional and or global presence
- Have experience assisting the development and implementation of all C&B related policies and procedures
- Sound numeracy skills is needed with good communication skills
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
