About our Client
Our client is a reputable FMCG brand in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a seasoned (Senior) HR Officer to join the HRBP team.
About the Role
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR business partnering services including recruitment and selection, performance management, account services to the designated departments
- Support line management to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Maintain manpower planning and control to ensure a sustainable manpower pipeline to the Company
- Support HR corporate initiatives and projects including budget planning, annual review, talent review exercise and HR system maintenance
- Ensure all HR practices & policies are in line with Company policies and statutory requirements
- Be responsible for preparation of awards application, statistical and management reports
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 3+ years of experience on HRBP and talent acquisition, ideally from sizeable companies
- Strong knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations, and applicable related policies and laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
