About our Client
Our client is a well-known property and real estate developer with strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Officer to join the team.
About the Role
- Report to HR Manager
- Provide HR services to dedicated business unit across global including recruitment, succession planning, rewards, performance management and talent management
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and communicate with different parties of interest
- Involve in HR projects (i.e. HRIS), assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives
- Prepare various analysis and reports for management review
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 5+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from sizeable companies
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (i.e. Pivot table, v-look up)
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
