About Our Client
Our client is an Asian bank undergoing business transformation, they are currently looking for a seasoned HR practitioner skilled in HR operations / shared services to join and support with modernising current HR practices in turn for enhancing employee experience. Targeting candidates with 10+ years relevant experience from financial services sector, alongside 3+ years within a team management position. This role pays up to HKD80k per month.

About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will assume an important role to help with modernising HR operations within the business to enhance employee experience. You will help drive a strategy for designing the work, systems and technologies for the HR Shared Service function; partner with business and HR leadership to create and implement a strategic vision for HR shared services; also work closely with teams to design employee centric service processes and systems. You will also be a key influencer to stakeholders to migrate identified HR processes and transactions into Shared Services platform in order to increate self-service options and grow operational efficiencies. You will also help produce scoreards as defined by the business, and build and continuously improve a quality assurance framework to keep track of team's delivery.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with minimum 10+ years experience in C&B / HR shared services & operations, alongside 3+ years in a team-managing position. Prior experience working for financial instutions (ideally banks) creating or maturing an HR shared services centre bringing best practices to achieve operational excellence will be of definite advantage. You will be a strong and proactive HR practitioner with a transformational mindset and demonstrate sound experience in process design and workflow streamlining. Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese required for this role, and highly skilled at building trust and influence, driving for results with and through people will help excel in this company.
