About the Client
An industry leading organization in the retail sector with a proven track of success is now seeking for an agile individual to join them as the Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead the team and support 10+ countries payroll opeation & C&B transformation projects
About the Role
- Lead a team of 4-5
- Oversee Payroll operations and manage outsource vendor to make sure smooth payroll process, and in a timely manner
- Work closely with other regional offices and headquarters on developing, revamping and standardising payroll strategies across the region
- Lead and manage payroll projects such as process improvement, automation and streamline to improve service delivery
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation and access controls
- Prepare annual and monthly reports for management review
- Lead any C&B/ HRIS projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR shared service and payroll experience, ideally from retail/ FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industries
- Proven track record on process improvement and automation projects would be ideal
- Strong understanding on payroll landscape, in local and APAC
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PPT & Excel)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
