About the Client
A well-established European luxury fashion brand is looking for an elite individual to join their expanding Hong Kong team as a Senior Human Resources Specialist
About the Role
- Support the senior manager with all HR functions including recruitment and selection, offering and onboarding, training and development, annual HR budgeting, tax reporting, performance management, compensation and benefit, termination / exit process with the focus on frontline service talents
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Develop and maintain an effective succession planning process
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, such as team building, leadership development, and cultural change
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR preferably in a Luxury-Fashion retail firm
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Detail-minded and well-organised
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP system and any relevant HR function software
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
