Our client is a telecommunication company based in Hong Kong, they are now seeking for a Senior HR Specialist to support with their HRBP team
About our Role
- Conduct training needs analysis and sourcing learning and development activities to meet company mission
- Implement appropriate training solutions to achieve service excellence & business objective
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and take follow-up actions, e.g. field coaching
- Acted as a HR Business Partner to provide advisory service on specific departments and teams
- Responsible for the whole end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to, identifying recruitment needs, posting jobsAd, CV screening, conducting interview, and offer proposals etc
The Successful candidates
- Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management, or any related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Experience in L&D in a sizable company
- Proactive learner with positive and can do attitude
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded and well-organized, creative in idea generation and application in daily work
