As part of business strategy, they are hiring a seasoned Senior HR Manager with 12-15+ years of progressive all round HR experience gained from sizeable corporations to join as part of the HR team. About The Role
Reporting into the HR Director, you will assume overall responsibilities and act as a HR Business Partner to the dedicated business unit. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders and take lead on the roll-out of various HR initiatives including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, talent development, performance management, succession planning and also employee engagement. You will also support with reviewing and revamping existing HR policies and procedures, and recommend sounds improvement measures to streamline existing practices and enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. Ad hoc projects will be assigned as the business expands.
Requirmements
The ideal candidates will be a degree holder with 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience gained from either smaller sized but fast-growing companies, or sizeable matrix corporations. You will come with solid all round HR generalist experience with a business partnering mindset to business leaders, also familiar with local labour ordinance and best HR market practices. You will also be a strong problem-solver with the ability to offer solutions to complex issues and deal with ambiguity. Individuals who are results-driven, highly agile with a flexible attitude will help excel in this role.
