About Our Client
A jewellery & watch company who has strong business presence across Hong Kong, Macau and SEA, is looking for a (Senior) Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
While reporting to the HR director, you will:
- Lead a team of 8 and manage full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B, employer branding and staff engagement in Hong Kong & Macau
- Develop a resource plan to ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements
- Provide constructive HR advise to management and business head
- Develop and deliver HR policies that initiated by the group to cope with the business needs
- Handle various HR projects related to staff engagement, retention and incentive scheme
- Assist in ad hoc assignment if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- With 10+ years' of Human Resources generalist experience, ideally from retail industry
- Proven track record on team management
- Dynamic, resourceful and with strong business acumen
- With strong strategic mindset, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
