About the Client
Our client is a sizable industry-leading corporation with a professional and dynamic HR team. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate individual to join them as the Senior Human Resources Officer.
About the role
- Act as a business partner, work closely with business management to identify recruitment needs
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, included but not limit to job posting, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
- Support recruitment initiatives, such as career fairs and internship programs
- Manage payroll functions, including monthly payroll processing, final payments, MPF administration, tax filing, leave calculation, and insurance renewals
- Review and update HR policies in alignment with company goals and values
- Maintain data accuracy in the internal HR system
- Support other HR functions and projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years working experience as HR generalist gained in sizeable organizations
- Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment ordinance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
