About the Client
Our client is a sizable multi-national corporation in the sourcing industry. They are looking for a professional individual to join the HR team as a (Senior) Human Resources Officer (Generalist) who can strengthen the HR functions and cultivate a positive people culture.
About the Role
- Act as a supportive role to perform all spectrums of HR functions, including Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits Management, Employee Relations, etc.
- Develop, implement, and review HR strageties and procedures that support the corporation's growth
- Monitor the daily HR operations to ensure they are aligned with the local Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements
- Update the employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Initiate and supervise HR projects that foster employees' well-being
- Support other corporation events and handle other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as an HR generalist in any sizable organizations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work with Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
