About the Client
Our client is one of the leading corporations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. They are looking for a passionate individual to join the HR team as a (Senior) Human Resources Officer (L&D focus).
About the Role
- Engage in the talent management process to enhance the staff competency level to support business growth
- Conducts annual learning and development (L&D) needs assessment
- Plan and execute L&D programs that align with the organization's vision and mission
- Oversee the L&D programs to ensure they are effective
- Support the management for talent identification and review, learning and development, and succession planning
- Initiate engagement programs to enrich employee experience
- Assist in carrying out different HR projects and handle other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with hands-on experience in managing talents
- Experience in formulating and implementing new HR strategies is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
