About the Client
Our client is an international joint venture in Engineer and Construction Industry. Due to the business expansion across Greater China and APAC countries, they are now looking for a Senior HR Officer to join the HR Team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, You are responsible for handling the full cycle of the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assisting in remuneration proposal. Besides, you will need to assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans as well as to liaised with the external vendors to arrange training programs. In addition, you will assist in organizing staff activities and system maintenance. On top of which, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 years experience in the HR field, preferably gained in sizeable companies. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and with knowledge in HRIS is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin are required, and immediately available candidates are ideal.
