Job Description
Responsibilities
- Pair with Relationship Managers (RMs) within a district (3-5 branches) to provide professional insurance planning services and pre-sales information
- Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for wealth management with Branch/ District Managers
- Implement sales initiatives to drive district insurance sales performance
- Provide training to frontline sales staff on insurance product knowledge, market updates and selling skills
- Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 2 year's banking experience in insurance sales
- Qualifications in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3
- Strong sales, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of client needs and a role model in being responsive
