Senior Internal Audit Manager
About the Client
Our client is looking for a Senior Internal Audit Manager to head up the Internal Audit Department for one of their main subsidiaries in HK.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Internal Audit, you will perform an all-rounded audit role and manage teams in Hong Kong and China. You will determine internal audit scope, prepare annual audit plans, review full-audit cycle and supervise teams for audit assignments. You will also oversee risk management, internal control and corporate governance, identify deficiencies and provide top management with practical recommendations to improve operation efficiency. You will add value to the department with a robust approach by upgrading existing tools, techniques, rules and standards.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. CPA, CIA, CISA or other relevant qualifications are required. You should possess at least 12 years of external audit and internal audit experience from sizable corporations. Sound knowledge of the operational process of property development/property investment is required. A strong track record in leading a team for audits in Greater China is preferred. You should have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good command of Mandarin and English is needed. Occasional travel to China is required by default.
