About our client
Our client is a multinational company based in Europe with several sourcing centers in Asia. They are looking for an IT Officer with a strong background in infrastructure.
About the role
- Perform maintenance and manage IT infrastructure in the office, such as network, server room and IT hardware
- Support and coordinate IT network security activities
- Work and coordinate with the team to perform helpdesk support to local and regional offices when needed
- Escalate and report infrastructure issues or incidents to headquarter when needed
- Drive the internal project order from the group level in an efficient manner
- Establish and review IT infrastructure policy, such as SOP and guidelines
- IT asset documentation and maintenance
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field
- 5 years experience of relative working experience, preferably in retail, sourcing, or logistics MNC.
- Experienced in the IT infrastructure and operation side
- With APAC project experience is a big plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with a proactive and engaging attitude
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field
