About the Company
Our client is a market leader in the retail industry. Due to rapid business expansion, they are now seeking for an energetic individual to join the team as Senior Learning & Development Officer.
About the Role
You will directly report to the HR Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a population of 250. You will be responsible for trainings focusing on customer service and selling skills. You will identify the training needs, design and deliver trainings to frontline staff. You will evaluate the training result and enhance the training programs when needed. Last but not least, you will handle employee relations and any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Training or related disciplines. You need to have at least 3-5 years of solid training experience. Having worked in beauty, retail or fashion industry would be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must.
